In addition to personalized workout and nutrition plans, I provide my clients the accountability and support they seek.

My pursuit of all things fitness...
started over a decade ago back in mother Russia where I was born and raised. My first workouts were done on my living room floor and my first diet came from a newspaper cutout. Back then I never knew that you can be dissatisfied with your body and I was so far from striving for personal records. I was simply curious to see what my body could do and the process of moving. While it was challenging, it left me wanting more, and I was hooked.
Years later after every possible diet was tested out, pounds gained and lost, and gained again, an eating disorder defeated, and injuries healed, I was still desperate to find the whys and hows of being effortlessly year-round fit and healthy. Only after going deep into studying the bases of anatomy, physiology and training systems could I come up with methods that finally brought me much coveted changes.
I am proud to have earned multiple certifications from American Council of Exercise, Poliquin Group, and Precision Nutrition, to name a few, that have helped me to form the way I train and teach now.
My client is the everyday woman. She wants to learn about optimal ways of getting fit and truly healthy, while keeping up with her lifestyle and obligations. She wants to improve her quality of life and how her body looks. She might not know where to start, or may be she is tired from starting over. She wants to receive top quality service and beyond-common knowledge about what would work for her in particular.
My job is to teach my ladies how to train using strength and resistance workouts combined with High Intensity Training because these systems allows for quick quality results and leave a lot of room for growth. With both training and nutrition I show how to build a strong base of habits, and how to find and overcome individual roadblocks. From there, I apply more specific methods to take my trainees' fit game to the next level.
I educate my audience not only how to workout, but also how to nourish themselves for becoming satisfied with how their body feels and works.
